The DKJA chapter of the National Junior Honor Society was established to recognize the achievements of our students in five aspects of school life. Members must demonstrate
superior academic achievement, leadership qualities, excellent citizenship, fine character, and the willingness to perform community service above and beyond the ordinary.
The National Junior Honor Society is the most prestigious national organization of its kind and is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
Our members participate in service projects that benefit the Donna Klein Jewish Academy community as well as the community at large.
NJHS members sell snacks as a fundraiser for the school. We will be cooperating with Student Government Association in other activities this school year. We welcome suggestions for increasing our service to the DKJA community.
