Welcome message from our Manager of Information Systems

The Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt Technology K-12 program at Donna Klein Jewish Academy (DKJA) has not only touched the lives of faculty and students alike, but has completely changed the way students learn. This highly successful signature program was initially funded by Linda R. Kaminow, our "Technology Guardian Angel," in memory of her beloved parents, Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt,

Technology is seamlessly embedded into both the General and Judaic Studies curricula across all grade levels. Additionally technology is used as a communication tool for our families and faculty, and is the driving force for automation of the administrative offices of the school.

Since technology is continuously evolving, we are on a constant journey of researching and discovering the most innovative and educationally sound initiatives to improve and enhance our already robust technology program. We recognize that 21st century learning revolves around multiple technologies, and consequently encourage and empower our faculty to embrace this concept.  I invite you to join us on our exciting trip down Technology Lane as we continue to explore the many wonderful innovations that are available to our 21st century leaders.

 Sincerely,

Janice Odesnik
