Re-Enrollment information for 2008-2009

• Reservation Deposits are paid via direct debit from your account, listed on the online contract.

• Reservation Deposits will be processed March 1, 2008, so as not to create a financial burden for those paying their final February payment for the 2007/08 school year.

• After you have submitted your online contract, please sign the Snap code document and return to Donna Klein Jewish Academy in the enclosed return envelope.

• Re-enrollment contracts must be submitted no later than February 1, 2008.

• $300.00 late fee will be added to the balance due after February 1, 2008

• Those that select payment plan B or C, must sign up with KeyCorp Tuition Management Systems .

• There will be a charge of $35 for each paper contract requested, payable upon request of the contract.
