The mission of the Office of Development is to facilitate all major fundraising efforts for Donna Klein Jewish Academy thereby increasing the engagement and support of parents, alumni, and friends and raising the necessary resources for the school to achieve its mission.
Our vision will be achieved in a creative and innovative atmosphere, dedicated to professional excellence, and characterized by principles of integrity, respect for the individual, and mutual trust.
As an independent, not-for-profit school, Donna Klein Jewish Academy operates without any support from the local tax base or from the state or federal governments. Our future success depends on people who share our vision and contribute to our programs through private gifts.
To succeed in our mission, Donna Klein Jewish Academy must call upon the loyalty and generosity of our alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty/staff, and friends. We are grateful recipients of a significant source of funding from the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, of which we are a founding-member agency and beneficiary.
We ask the entire DKJA community to join us in sustaining and enhancing our high quality education. Whether you budget an annual gift now or give according to a timetable that makes sense for you, we count on and value all your contributions.
At Donna Klein Jewish Academy, children from kindergarten through grade 12 experience the joy of learning and self-discovery in an exceptional academic and social environment. By challenging students intellectually while cultivating their individual talents, DKJA provides an educational experience that builds strong minds, encourages independent thinking, inspires creativity, and prepares today’s Jewish students to be tomorrow’s Jewish leaders.
When you make a gift to Donna Klein Jewish Academy, you have an impact on young lives. It’s a lasting impact that reaches from the classroom to the community and serves children well in facing the future challenges of a changing world. Your gift is an investment in education that brings the rewards of lifelong learning and Jewish values to a new generation.
Linda Rosenblatt Kaminow, who has been associated with DKJA for just two and a half years, has shown outstanding generosity and immeasurable kindness to our school once again.
In addition to the almost $1,000,000 she arranged for, the Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt Technology Program K-12, she recently arranged for more than $500,000 to fund the Claire and Emanuel G. Rosenblatt Scholarship Fund for students who need financial aid.
DKJA sincerely appreciates Ms. Kaminow's ongoing commitment to our school. Her passion for Jewish education and her philanthropic work are fine mitzvot and a wonderful example for others to follow.
At Donna Klein Jewish Academy, Judaic studies and traditions are integral to a child’s whole learning experience. In accordance with the Jewish mitzvah of tzedakah, we emphasize a culture of giving where students in all grades are encouraged to support charitable causes with their time and resources.
It is in the same spirit of tzedakah that we ask you to consider contributing to a learning community dedicated to bringing out the best in each individual student by providing a firm foundation in Jewish heritage, culture, ethics, and values. As you think about your family’s tzedakah, please take a moment to learn about opportunities for giving at DKJA that can offer you special satisfaction and produce meaningful results.
