The Academy is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Florida Council of Independent Schools (FCIS) , and the Florida Kindergarten Council (FKC). DKJA is a participating member of the Central Agency for Jewish Education (CAJE), the Jewish Education Commission (JEC), the Jewish Community Day School Network (JCDSN), and the National Association of American Jewish High Schools (NAAJHS). DKJA is registered with the State of Florida and complies with all state and local regulations regarding standards of health, safety and welfare of the students. The school follows the state of Florida Compulsory Attendance Laws.
